Manage Sales Cycle–Lead generation, Lead conversion, Deal sign-off Travel around the territory to meet prospective clients. Supervise sales activities, Developing Dealer network, Overseeing the entire sales process for the region and achieve targets for the team and region. Train, develop & mentor sales representatives. Achieving Sales Target as per plan and Sales status reporting.
